Refund policy

We offer a 30-day return policy. To be eligible, items must be unworn, unused, with tags, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately.

Some items are non-returnable, including personalized/custom products, perishable goods, personal care products, hazardous materials, sale items, and gift cards.

For EU customers, a 14-day cooling-off period applies.

Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.
